Watchers:
RESTORATION is based on the WaTchers Season 1 episode 'Restoration', which
introduced the Watchers Council of the year 2130. Following up on events
presented in 'Restoration', the series will focus on the characters of
Sebastian Giles, Jocasta Rosenberg, and Katherine Allison as they, and a
handful of others, work towards purging the Watchers Council of corruption and
returning it to a semblance of its former glory.
Like its
parent series, Watchers: RESTORATION will operate as closely as possible to a
real-life television movie, and will be rated similarly to both
‘Watchers’ and ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’, with most episodes falling
into the PG-13 ratings category. Instead of airing weekly, like its
parent series, Watchers: RESTORATION will air four movies per year.
